Using the service

MemeRecast creates AI-generated meme videos from photos. Only upload images you own or have permission to use. Do not use the service for impersonation intended to deceive, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, or other unlawful material. Generated content should not be represented as authentic footage.

Templates and results

Template artwork is illustrative unless explicitly presented as a generated example. AI results vary and may not match a preview. Availability, output specifications, and credit cost are shown before you start. No particular resemblance or creative outcome is guaranteed.

Credits and payments

Available credit packs are one-time purchases. The checkout shows the price and payment method before payment. A confirmed payment adds credits; returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment and does not start a generation.

Starting a generation spends the displayed credits. Repeating the same request does not charge again. Confirmed technical failures restore the credits used for that attempt. Uncertain outcomes may require review. Restoring generation credits is separate from a monetary purchase refund; contact support about payment problems.

Refund requests

If you are unhappy with your generated video, email support@memerecast.com with your video link, the email used for your account and a description of the problem to request a refund. Each request is reviewed individually. We will tell you whether your request is approved before processing any refund. This review process is separate from credit restoration for confirmed technical failures.

Files and access

Keep your login secure. Your uploaded photos are scheduled for deletion 48 hours after upload. Generated video files stored for your account are scheduled for deletion 7 days after the generation request is created. These limits apply to existing and new files without extending an earlier expiry. Download files you wish to retain. Your private files are not public gallery submissions.

Use the support area in your account for billing or generation problems. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
