How long is the video, and which resolutions can I choose?

Videos are 13 seconds. Choose 480p for 50 credits ($4.98 USD), or 720p for 100 credits ($9.98 USD). Review the total before starting.

Can I replace one person or both?

Choose Dancer to replace the dancing person, Spectator to replace the seated person, or Both to replace both people using a separate photo for each role. Selecting one role leaves the other person in the scene.

Does replacing both people cost more?

No. The price depends on resolution: 50 credits for 480p or 100 credits for 720p. The same price applies to one role or both.

Does the video include sound?

The finished video includes the matching source soundtrack. Watch the full result with sound before sharing.

Are my photos and videos public?

Your files are private to your account. Uploaded photos are available for up to 48 hours after upload, and videos for up to 7 days after you start a generation. Download clips you want to keep.

What if I am not happy with my video?

AI results can differ from your photo or the examples. If there is a problem, email support@memerecast.com with your video link, account email and a description. You can request a refund, but approval is not automatic. Each request is reviewed individually under our Terms of Service.

What happens if generation fails?

Confirmed generation failures restore the credits used for that attempt. If a job’s outcome is uncertain, it goes to review instead of starting another paid attempt.
