1. Choose your photo
Open the Bulin 47 generator and choose a clear photo of yourself or someone who gave permission. The photo must contain one human subject. Animal-only and object-only images are unsupported.
Use a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 8 MiB and no more than 6,000 pixels wide. Smaller photos are accepted; choose a clear original when available. Keep the face visible and well lit. 2. Choose your output and check the cost
Pick a 6- or 15-second video in 480p or 720p. A longer clip gives the performance more time. A higher resolution gives you a larger frame; it does not guarantee closer likeness or more accurate movement.

Generation times vary. Busy periods may take longer. Check My videos for progress and the finished video.
The generator shows the total credits before you start. If you need credits, check the one-time packs and current prices. Paid credits do not expire, and packs have no subscription or automatic top-up. Generation requires credits.
Sign in when asked, confirm that you have permission to use the photo, and choose Generate after reviewing your settings.
3. Watch and download
You can leave the page while your video is being made. Return to My videos with the same account to check progress and open the finished result.
Bulin 47 videos include the original soundtrack. Watch the whole clip with sound and check the face, outfit and movement before sharing. Mouth movements may not match every word exactly. The original-video comparison helps you compare the reference excerpt with a generated result.
Your files are private to your account. Photos are available for up to 48 hours after upload. Videos are available for up to 7 days after the generation request starts, so download clips you want to keep promptly.
If the video is pending or fails
Check the existing job in My videos before starting another attempt. An uncertain outcome may need review. Confirmed technical failures restore the credits used for that attempt. A completed video can contain visual differences, even when the photo meets the upload requirements.
Requesting a refund
If you are unhappy with your video, email support@memerecast.com with the video link, your account email and a description of the problem. Each request is reviewed individually. We will tell you whether it is approved before manually processing a refund. This is separate from credit restoration for confirmed technical failures. See the refund-request terms.
